South Rim Water system, a state approved water system, will serve water to the lot owners at of the Benches at South Rim subdivision according to their lot size.

The gallons listed above are supplied on an annual basis beginning the first of June and ending the last of May. If water usage exceeds the total allowed for the year there will be an additional charge for that overage. The current rate is $1.00 per 1000 gallons
A one time water connection fee of $2000 is paid at lot closing.
